suggestions and observe the effects on
the SURPRISE, DESIRE, BUSINESS
PERFORMANCE and BRAND IMAGE
indicators. The aim is to maximise
these 4 indicators!
When Veepee customers are asked, the pink colour, the logo, the site interface,
the “Wow in the now” and the offbeat tone of the site
are the brand’s strongest elements of identification.
These are therefore “active” factors which must be
taken care of. Managing to get them to evolve, without
any major breakaway, is an important challenge for
the staff dealing with them.
